What are the bonuses you get from completing COM and saving it to your memory card and starting KH2 FM? I havnt been able to find any info on that.

I am not 100% sure (i live in US, so no FM+ for me, sadly) but i believe you unlock the movie gallery. it allows you to view scenes from the game(s) whenever you want. but i may be wrong...
EDIT: to rebel girl: i remember Nomura saying somewhere that you get some kind of reward for beating RE: CoM before KH2FM

Beating FM+ unlocks new cards in Re:CoM, and beating Re:CoM unlocks japanese voices for the new scenes in Theater Mode. That's it.
