The Jungle Book. Among my top three favorite Disney movies (the other two being The Lion King and Hunchback of Notre Dame), it is the only one that hasn't made it in yet. That world has gotten the shaft so many times, and it looks like it won't happen for a while, especially if Zootopia gets into KHIV (which it probably will).
