I have an issue

I've only had the game for a collective twelve hours and I'm already level 54, finished 75 quests, and probably fought raid bosses thirty times. Also I've probably spent something close to 4500 hard-earned jewels so far and i'm not even in this for a day. Help.

He wants somebody to save him of this addiction. He is in desperate need for somebody to tell him this is unhealthy and to quit the game immediately because he is wasting valuable time of his life.
