One thing I"m confused about is if it's on land...then HOW did Ariel become human, I mean we kicked Ursula's ass in the first one. And even if Ursula does come back, Ariel would be a moron to trust her...again.

i just... hated it. bad. very bad.
Then it won't be Ursula. In the second Little Mermaid movie, wasn't it a different sea witch. Like Ursula's sister or something? Or it could be Ursula back but she doesn't just straight out offer Ariel the chance to be human, she hypnotizes her into saying yes. She is a witch.
