You will get it in the world that never was...
For what i know is during the boss battle with xigbar and siax....you just chose any of your forms...then poof final form will just come out like that out of a sudden.....But you must win the battle in order to really aquired it....

hmmmm lol while i was battling i think it was saix the one u can use his weapon and use the eclipse n magna storm i was going to transform to master then i just press valor so i was like SHIT valor i wanted master then WAAAAAA final came out so i just pwned him MUAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA (working on an evil laugh)

In the WTNW .It is random , i obtain it in the elevator thing once i drove to master.

There's no specific place to get it..like Oblivion wileder posted "It is random."

You get it after the event at memories skyscraper,(That big building that DWU was running up in deep dive.) After that, to get it easy, go to the olympus collisium and enter Cerberus Cup. Just keep driving until you get final form.

actually u guys if u want 2 know i got final form by using the oblivion and oathkeeper keyblades on masterform u get it automatically once u use these
