cause I heard destiny islands, twilight town, CT: cable town, and rock titan stage right this worlds already there I think in the trailers and what worlds do you guys want too see in the next trailer and how many Disney or square-enix worlds.

I believe the only things confirmed are Destiny Islands, C Town and Twilight Town.
I say Twilight Town because changes were actually made to it (boarded up hole in the wall etc) so its more than just a tech demo stage.

Where has anything been confirmed? I thought Nomura gave the "nothing to announce at this time" comment in regard to worlds. What is C Town? Having said that, the worlds you guys mentioned should be in the game, so its not really any surprise.

Nothing's been like confirmed confirmed but there's deduction. Like, Destiny Islands was shown in the announcement trailer, it doesn't mean it'll appear that way but it's probably a given. They've already made a very elaborate Twilight Town and, well, it doesn't mean Olympus is confirmed but if the Rock Titan battle is happening then it has to be happening somewhere.
CT is the name on the concept art of the world in the KH3 trailer that was shown behind closed doors. The one that resembles the Land of Departure.
