how do u max out ur drive cause i use it but it never goes up...im still on 3

you level up your drive forms by gaining EXP whilst in the form you are in.
or if you mean raising the capacity of your drive bar, then level up normally (and in drive, because then you get more drive bars whilst in drive e.g levelling up valor may get it from bars 3-4 when you drive in it etc)

Play throught out the game until you are about to fight Xemnas and you should end up with your drive maxed to 6 and the final upgrade to your drive is to fight Sephiroth and will add a +1 gauge to your drive which you will have 7. When you level up all of your forms, they will start decreasing starting from Drive 8 if you leveled up all your forms to Lv7.

no I meant the Max Lv. is 7 ok. but when you transform to your form it will be at Lv. 9.
Yeah. ^^ A nice, long time to stay in Final, no? Or any other form, for that matter.
Valor Form, Gain EXP by striking an enemy (therefore each successfull hit on an ememy = 1 EXP)
Wisdom Form, Gain EXP by each heartless you kill (therefore each heartless = 1 EXP)
Master Form, Gain EXP by each drive orb you attain (when you pick up a drive orb thats 1 EXP)
Final Form, Gain EXP by each nobody you kill (therefore each nobody = 1 EXP)
And as for the drive meter you get them as bonuses or leveling up
