Help?!?!?!

Ok,this is a REALLY stupid question,but how do you resize a pic in Paint???(not actual painting,but the paint program that comes along in all comps) I keep reading on how to but it doesn't work.

I have a full page pic but I wanna shrink it but when I do,it cuts off the pic & crap....any help(I'm slow 2-day......so neh!!! XP)

When you paste a picture on Paint and you see gray dashes(kind of like your avatar) move your mouse to the egde of the picture and you'll see the the arrow will become a black arrow. Then just click and drag. It would be easier if you had Photoshop.

Also, under Image, go to Stretch/Skew. From there, put the percentage by which you would like to increase/decrease the height/length by.
