well basically juss heal when he re-loads attack him as much as you can then break his slieghts with your zero cards oh also have like cards with 7-9 lvs and have high cure cards and have some zero cards to break his sliegts

What tifa14 said but also use the sonic blade sleight it helps alot. Omnislash helps out too. But the main key is to dodge his attacks.
