help completing jiminys journal!!

okay im trying to complete the journal and im trying to do the poster duty in twilight town in 30 seconds. i can't seem to get it...is there any humanly possible way to do this??? maybe skateboarding?? but i see no skateboard...

do u have the guide, because in my guide it shows me the closest 20 posters and the order to get them in, but i dont think i could really "DESCRIBE" it to you. Sorry, look in the guide.

There's no skateboards there.. Usefull abilities:
- Glide lvl 3
- High Jump lvl 3
- Quick Run lvl 3
- Aerial Dodge lvl 3

how do you get glide and high jump??

glide you get from leveling up final form (defeat nobodies to gain experience)
and high jump you get from leveling up valor form (hit enemies to gain experience)

After a scene in TWTNW, it happens randomly the first time, then you can use whenever you want afterward. If you need to complete the journal I would assume you are working on getting all eight colliseum tournaments? cuz it takes a lot of drive leveling to open em.

so you just level up other drive forms to get final form??

no, you get it anytime after that scene where sora and roxas fight, anytime after that and go into drive with a gauge of 5 or higher
