Dumbledore is Dead and Voldemort is no longer feared, as he has been defeated by Harry Potter, the Death Eaters are in hiding, Hogwarts is now at peace and has some new teachers as well as a new Headmaster
Also in 3 years time, Classes have changed and the Arrangement of things is a bit different
