how do you get the ultima keyblades? (i beat both modes)

i think you get them if you play sora s mode again or something i think it was in a chest or something(its been a loooong time)

i know ive tried using calm bounty but it doesnt work, does it appear at random or something

well i think it had to do with playing sora s mode gain
try looking at gamefaqs.com

You have to finish Rikus story and after that just load any of Soras files, go to Castle Oblivion and use a card like calm bounty and in the chest there will be a Ultima Weapon.

Edit: i beat it TWICE just to make sure, cuz it didnt work the first time either

Edit again: confirmed: i got it nevermind, i just didnt save when i beat the 1st battle of murluxia XD wow thats embarassing
