i might be getting it. my mum says that case i preety much black mailed her by cleaning the house and butning like 8 cds for her bf...., that she'll get me a game for doing the stuff... i really want the hl2 collectors edition... but is it worth it?

Depends on how much money it costs. If it's 50 bucks and up, and you already have the regular Halo 2 version, then no. Collectors Edition is just the same game with lots of stuff added to it, or that's just what I heard and read.

and the half life 2 comes with alot more than the normal half life 2.

all that... on the cd it has 3 games.. half life: source, counter strike: source and half life 2. also a t-shirt, a prima stratagy guide and a art book called "half life 2... raising the bar."

and it costs about 50 bucks.

I'll admit I made a mistake and I'll slow down and read a bit more. Both are First Person Shooters, but that's not the point. If it were me, I wouldn't pay another 50 bucks for the same game, but from what you stated, I would pay that kinda of money for that much bonus stuff.

k.... thats good... plus i dont have half life 2 normaly... or any of the other stuff it comes with.
