Freezing Final and Master (Sorry to post again)

Hey everyone. I have a question. On my Final Mix+ game, I beat the game and now im working on leveling up and everything but recently, whenever I go into Final or Master form, Sora just sits there in his burstish stance and it wont like, load him going into the Form. I can get it to work sometimes where it just takes about 10 seconds longer but today its just flat out not working. Does anyone know what this problem could've been caused by/what I could do to fix it? Thanks for all the help!

Oh and PS, I didn't like leave the disk out or anything like that, so its not a scratch thing. ^.^;

i love when this happens, happens to mine also...except with all the forms, when it happens just move the right analog stick in circles and pull a slow-mo movie cliché

did u use swat magic or a mod ps2

its swap magic and i dont think that just moding the ps2 will work, and also im not sure wuts wrong with it, try going like onto some help website or bug report site.
