Yeah.I had for example Mulan and Goofy.When I was fighting the Heartless,Donald also leveld up.

the answer is yes.
i just beat oogie in halloween/christmas town, and i played with goofy and jack. the level ups were for sora, donald, goofy and jack, all 4. the same in all other worlds.
BUT WHY DOES sora level up (in disney castle) with minnie? cause part of the level up square detail info notification is red, and the other part is brown
