Well it should pop up like Anti form. so just keep trying. when it does you can choose it freely. You did see the Memory's Skyscraper cutscene didn't you.

yeah, if you got past that part, then you have it..... it's just that final form is different from the others like anti-form, yet different from anti-form...... final form like anti-form must be unlocked while you ARE in drive mode fighting...... when you are in the middle of fighting in watever form you are in you will instantly go in2 final at some point in time.......... itz different from anti-form though, because once you get final form, you can enter it whenever u want from the menu........ whereas anti-form works using a system called Antipoints which is not even mentioned in the game, only in the strategy guide........ you get like +1 antipoint whenever you enter drive mode...... +10 for entering master i think....... and you lose 10 points when you enter anti-form and you lose 4 every time you go in2 final or something like that
