If you could find a way to increase the contrast an sharpness without making it grainy, it would be golden.
A light source would be nice too.

Looking at it again, you should transition the grey to black more smoothly. The change to black is too drastic.

Not sure if you will ever edit it but yeh, tips for the future.

That's pretty damn sweet, but yeah, like "Nilla said, try to up the contrast a bit. And get rid of that spot on his chin

Also as a reminder to give it more depth when your grey and black. Sharpen and Smart Sharpening should be used.
