I dunno how many people here are familiar with the Fear Effect series, but as someone who grew up with the games, I absolutely lvoed this series and have been waiting for ages for a third entry (which I never thought would happen). That being said, it officially has a Kickstarter up, and I'm lowkey really excited???

Square Enix's Fear Effect receives potential third entry from Indie developer

Here's a trailer of the original game (which was called Fear Factor is some countries?)

And the actual pitch that was uploaded to Square Enix Collective:

Overall, I'm really diddlying excited for this game, and I really hope this makes it's goal. Especially since this is one of the few games like this that also includes a main bisexual female lead. #DiverseGames2k16

Decided to bump this because I need Fear Effect to get more exposure and 100% backed Sushee posted a new update.

Animated environments: a short glimpse

Many of you asked us if we would keep the pre-rendered detailed and fully animated backgrounds in Fear Effect: Sedna. These two animated GIFs may answer this question.

As we said, the atmosphere will be a very important part of Sedna, and we really want to keep this dark futuristic mood from the first two Fear Effect games.

This is a small glimpse of a new gameplay video we’re creating at the moment. It will show you more about the game mechanics: puzzle & death scenes, gunfight, active pause, cutscenes… so stay tuned!

Friendly yours,

Sushee

In addition to that, the developers have already developed one other game that Square published, called Goetia, which is also the first Square Enix Collective game to have been officially released, as well.

Honestly, I'm not sure if anyone has really been talking about the Square Enix Collective games anywhere else on here, but I caught their stream yesterday, and they have some really diddlying promising games on their lineup.
