Very nice! I'm not an artist, but it makes use of a single colour very well without having to rely to much on the other colours. That said, they add to it as well, so, uh, yes! ^_^

Alright so the coloring is good, but some of the shades look rough as if the brush got too dry. The line work is a bit too thick, and the snow like stuff pouring from the cliffs looks like...no offense...bird shit. You should sprinkle a little salt when you draw the snow falling from the cliffs next time. Gives it a sort of glittery effect

The base coloring is pretty good, but like Ophan said, it does look like your brush got too dry. You also tend to change direction really often (the sky for example), and it looks a bit messy. The line work doesn't necessarily need to be so thick, and uh... the snow could be better.
