Don't you mean Elfen Lied? If you're talking about that, I've been showing an interest in that anime. It's quite violent though.....Nyu and Nana are awesome <3 I think Mariko is only in the manga....am I right?

There's a manga for this anime? I've only heard of it from my boyfriend, who sent me a link to the first couple of episodes on youtube- I found it to be quite entertaining so far... And Nyu is so adorable. She reminds me of Chobits's Chii.

I guess its Elfen Lied we are talking about ^^
Its not really that perverted anime compared to the rest of the majority of the anime.
Its more well known for being very violent and blody. Thats the reason for I started to watch this xP However the anime is muuuuuch more than only what I thought would be pointless bloodshed and stuff. The story is really good. The things which happens in it are really sad :c

The Japanesse seem to have less of a sensitivity to sensoring. personally i thought the show has a lot of good ideas but overall it wasn't that great.

Yeah, Elfen Lied, sorry. My friend showed me the movie and all I was able to find were the words "Elf" and "Lied" in my rush to leave the classroom. It was only the beginning of the 3rd episode I saw but it looked good. I guess considering your talking about the violence I have more reason to watch it. If a mod of the Anime Central section see's this post, please change the title to "Elfen Lied"

I'm reading some of the manga online, and I must say the storyline is depper than in the anime. But the anime is more visually appealing if not excessively gory. xD
