As my title suggests I am trying to use a gift card I purchased for JPUX and while it loaded just fine into my JP iTunes account it won't let me actually use it in the game. I'm told "Purchase Could Not Be Completed" then says I need to contact support.
I don't think I'm going to be able to contact support.
Just wondering if anyone has experienced this issue I'm having and what did you do to fix it? Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated!
