Well, Square-enix updated their site! 2 of the new worlds are shown here....
Oh, and Square-enix confirmed that Kh2 will be released this year ^^
So you don't have to complain "When!?!?!?!? AAh!!!"

Look in the flash, they let you see which game released in which year
KH1: 2002
Kh: CoM : 2004
KH2:....2005 ^^
