Head to Neverland and make it to the outside of the ship. Make sure Rare Truffles are present, otherwise just defeat the regularly appearing heartless and then continue to exit and re-enter until they appear.
The only difficult part about this is making sure the Truffle is in the right position. it may take a while so be patient. When you enter through the door to appear on the ship's deck, remain on that level of the deck. To either the port or starboard sides (left or right) there will be rope ladders that lead up to a crow's nest. The Truffle's aren't allowed to hop off the sides of the ship into the water, so wait until one of them bounce in the area that is outside and in front of either of those ropes. Position Sora behind the rope that the Truffle is in front of, cast whatever level Aero spell you have on Sora and just stand there and continue to raise the tech points until it reaches 100.
You'll not only receive the two ranks but also Mystery goo and valuable healing items. The greatest thing about this trick is that the Truffle will never land on any surface. You'll have to re-cast aero several times throughout this process but the truffle will never realize a landing and it will just remain suspended as if it's still in the air.
