Converting .ogg to .mp3

Songs in .ogg format are a little difficult to play and so I require a good conversion program. Does anyone have suggestions as to what I should use? I would prefer free usage, if possible.

.ogg is so annoying... Good, but annoying...

Little search at CNet gave me JetAudio Basic - Reviews and free downloads at Download.com

Seems to be good and I think it can convert. Just be sure to not make it your default player (unless, of course, you want it to be).
