Chocobo Catching Question for FFX-2

I'm having a problem on catching chocobos that can level all the way up to Level 5. I'm in Chapter 3, and I want to know: where I could catch chocobos that can level all the way up to Level 5 in Chapter 3? I know that if I wait till Chapter 4 and 5, it'll be too late to get that secret dungeon in Clasko's chocobo ranch. :confused:

I am not sure. Different chocobo's are at different locations in Spira. Did you try the thunder plaines? I can't remember where the higher numbered ones are. It does however, take a long time to do. I remember spending hours on finding the right chocobo. Good luck!

Yeah, I checked in the Tunder Plains, but I keep on getting chocobos that can only level up to Lv 3. I have a lot of Lv 3 chocobos already.:(
