you have to kill nobodies
a good place to kill nobodies is in the tower (in twilight town)
go to the underground maze in twightlight town nkill the nobodies there. then find the exit to "the tunnelway" kill sum more there, get out, go to the station when ur back to station to the left, an entrance for the undergroundwill be displayed. thats hot i got valor n final to their max. takes time tho

and be in final form
