i like books better for some reason i chose movies
Movies, mostly because I am writing a screenplay and I really just love the way movies potray things.
Yeah, but with movies, sometimes they just rush through and you don't get things explained. With books, you (usually) get the proper explaination.
yea thats what i hate about movies and love about books
It depends. Some movies jsut make the movie come to life while the books are just too good to be brought to life.
Two entirely differant mediums. A book can be made up of any amount of pages, but a movie usually goes for no longer than three hours.

Sometimes when a book is made into a movie they change the plot completely.
Like the Hannibal book. I loved the movie, and then I read the book, and I can say that I still enjoy the movie, but sometimes I wonder why they had to change the ending -_-

LoTR they took lots of stuff out. Some books you just can't fit into a movie.
Yeah. Some books honestly weren't written to be turned into movies, and people try to anyways. Then again, there are some books that were stupid as books... and equally stupid as movies.
What books were those? I can't think of any.

One of the books/movies that were really differnt (plot wise) were the Jurassic Park movies/books.
Yay Jurasic park had invisable dinos in it. That would have been cool.
