Yay! Finally somone brought this up. Seriously, I have noticed that for like the LONGEST time and was even going to post a thread about it but I decided other wise for...obvious reasons. lol but I DEFINITELY don't think this is just some ordinary glitch. Call me crazy, but I think it's kind of important.

As I have previously stated, I didn't know what else to call it. Now that I think of it I could have called it a twitch... but I don't care enough to change it.
