I forget their names, but J-rock female scream bands are the only female scream bands I've ever taken for half decent.

I need a few JRock/Jpop/general Asian music suggestions myself...

But I recommend some I've music. Some artists include KOTOKO, Lia, Mami, EIKO, and KAORI. (all I've artists are female) I'll upload some songs pretty soon. Try searching on Limewire. It almost ALWAYS works. You may have to wade through some junk though. X_X But you'll LOVE I've, I'm sure.

For J-Rock: Anything by OLIVIA (aka Olivia Lufkin), mainly from the album The Lost Lolli. Try Pierrot and Younha too. <3

Other: TM Revolution. Their music combines techno with rock, it's very catchy. I recommend the song "Zips".

*MP3s for free*
EIKO - Automaton
Mami - IMMORAL
Will upload some more later...

Wow....I did not know Pierrot disbanded...When? And why? I suppose someone in the band died....that's how Malice Mizer broke up (and Gackt, the singer, is solo now) Kami, MM's drummer, was the one that died BTW.

For anyone interested, I could upload more I've sound MP3's.....

If you like anime stuff, try music by Maaya Sakamoto (she sings the Tsubasa Reservoir Chrinicle ED song, Loop). Dunno any other popular "anime" artists right now...

I second Asian Kung-Fu Generation and The Pillows. I also enjoy Ayumi Hamasaki on the more pop-y side.

L'arc En Ciel and X Japan only have a few good soongs in my opinion.
