Ansem's voice in KH2

Wasn't it stupid how Ansem's voice changed in KH2 it sounded all retarded. His voice in KH was awesome...

I guess Billy Zane had a busy schedule or something. It wasn't that bad, but it was weird seeing Ansem with a different voice.

Yes, i mean Xehanort's heartless. I thought his voice was absolutely horrible. Doesn't compare to his first voice.
