He used sterroids?! LoL. That means that his you no what might have shrinked. And yes i do believe that this will change the amount of baseball steriod users.
Lol, that only happens with some sterroids so I'm not sure, I don't think so, lol.
I think it might. But i think it will be more effective if they cut salary if the person uses steroids.
