No, no, no, there is a blue bar that says limit above it, above the health bar to the left of the avatar. Look at the ign gameplay or new scans to see it, i think its like a drive gauge!

I know what you're talking about, and no it isn't a new gauge, or a bar, and it doesn't say limit above it.
It's just a colour to denote what player you are. And what it says by it is actually 1P. You'll also notice that 2P has red.
