Ugh, Vanitas. Talk about wasted potential. I actually like Eraqus. I've been waiting for them to expand on the whole light and darkness shtick and finally put forward the notion that neither are good or evil. His presence was refreshing, even if he is a failure as a teacher xD; Aqua, I still dislike her voice (but I blame that on poor direction) and feel that they could have localized her lines much better.

Actually, in Axel's case, it isn't so much fanservice as much as something they wanted to do. It just so happens that in this case, he's also one of the more popular characters. And even though we may not agree with them, I'd rather they be a little selfish than try to appease the fans.

What irks me is that they're much too lenient. They killed off Maleficent in KH1 and it was awesome, only to have her revived for a completely stupid reason in KH2 because the Japanese fanbase demanded it.

The characterization was definitely one of the best, though I would've liked to see more of the rest of the Org.

Not really. But more often than not, he's very difficult to get along with, and most of his posts come off as condescending or insulting in some way. The General Discussion section is probably where he ticks most people off, but since I don't really know him, my opinions don't really matter xD;
