WARNING: contains spoilers for BBS FM and Re:Coded HD
I recently fought No Heart in BBS FM HD, and I got to thinking about who or what he might really be.
Like most people, my first thought that it was just Xehanort's armor either a data simulation or maybe a lingering will-type-thing. But as I fought him and his Keyblade kept transforming, I remembered the new secret ending for Coded HD, where
So my theory is that No Heart isn't actually Xehanort, but the first Keyblade wielder.
The next questions are, why does Xemnas wear that same armor, and why does it have the Nobody symbol on it?
Well, maybe it's not "the Nobody symbol." Maybe it's the symbol the Seekers of Darkness wore during the Keyblade War, as an upside-down "opposite" of the Defenders of Light symbol that Eraqus, Terra, Aqua, and Ventus wear, and Master Xehanort simply discovered it during his research of the Keyblade War, and appropriated it for his Organization.
And as for why Xemnas wears the armor, that can be answered if we examine the relationship that may or may not exist between Xehanort and No Heart.
In DDD, Xigbar told us that Xemnas had originally planned on turning every member of the original Organization XIII into a version of Xehanort. Every one of their names was an anagram of their original name with an "X" added. So, we can say that there was a tradition of rearranging the names of Xehanort clones and adding an"X." But maybe that trend doesn't only apply to those who contain a piece of Xehanort Xehanort's name is an anagram of "No Heart" with an "X" added. I think that there's a chance that this could mean that Xehanort contains a piece of No Heart, just as all the others contain pieces of Xehanort.
The majority of "Xehanorts" have several features in common. Mainly dark skin, gold/amber eyes, silver hair, and pointed ears. Almost every Xehanort has at least one of those features. But I noticed something very strange. Young Xehanort, the original Xehanort himself, has round ears. How can this be? Why does every other 'Nort have pointed ears when the past version of the original doesn't? Master Xehanort's ears are pointed, so we know that somewhere along the line, something must happen to YX to point his ears. And we know from the Xehanort clones (such as Terranort, Xigbar, Saïx, etc.) that pointed ears are probably a trait belonging to MX's heart. So my theory is that something happens to YX's heart to point his ears. We've only ever seen No Heart wearing his armor. It's possible that under that helmet are a pair of pointy ears, and that somehow No Heart's heart found its way into YX (although as his name suggests, it's very possible that No Heart doesn't have a heart at all. In that case maybe SOME piece of him entered YX, maybe his soul or will or something of the sort.)
This could also explain Xehanort's tendencies to have dark ambitions, and how he obtained the "most ancient Keyblade," and how Xemnas is able to wear No Heart's armor.
It's possible that Master Xehanort is not the true puppet master after all, but simply a puppet of No Heart, leading all the other puppets. The new organization consists only of versions of Xehanort, and perhaps, by extension, versions of No Heart. This could be his way of resurrecting himself and getting another shot at unlocking Kingdom Hearts.
Kingdom Hearts Chi tells that there are 6 foretellers, yet only 5 of them have ever been shown, leading the 5 guilds. Maybe No Heart is the 6th foreteller.
Or it's entirely possible that No Heart is just a cool mirage arena boss and I'm seeing things that aren't really there.
What do you think? Has anyone else thought of anything similar?

And then I started thinking, "I wonder who the first person was to wield the Keyblade." If it's the first Keyblade ever created, then Master Yen Sid's lecturing in DDD ("The Keyblade, a weapon designed to conquer the light, was used to defend the light instead.") must mean that the first person to wield Xehanort's Keyblade was one who sought to conquer Kingdom Hearts, and possibly the person who started the Keyblade War and/or led the "Seekers of Darkness."Spoiler ShowYoung Xehanort says "Of all the Keyblades in existence, Master Xehanort's is the most ancient.
