I see now, Goofy is clue because of the statement he made in
Yensid's Tower where he said something about all hearts being
full of light.
That itself connects to the PoH which explains why one hint was
of Belle's PoH stainglass and another hint was of the Dark Key
constructed of the hearts of the PoH. This Dark Key itself connects
to Xehanort's Heartless who created the Key. All four of these
clues can be strung together by these connections even though
their significance isn't clear. And I still say the clue about DiZ
keeping Namine from talking is connected to Namine knowing
something about Roxas that could tie him to Ven.

Well I have one last guess about that goofy clue,
is it connected to how Goofy wields a shield and
how the weapons in Sora's dive into the Heart
share some sort of connection to Ven (shield),
Aqua (staff), and Terra (sword).
