Meh, Roxas'll be okay, but you'll be playing as him throughout the game, so it'll be nice to have a change of pace
Axel and Larxene. They just rock in my books.

id say Saix and Axel.

I would like to play all of them, but if I had to pick one I would say Vexen yes. I would like to play as him. ^^

The characters that I'm looking forward to playing as most are Saix (because he pwns), Xaldin (pwnsome fighting style/ he's so badass), Larxene (because I heard that she's quick and agile, not to mention, ninja-esque), and Zexion. (his fighting style (the mimicing stuff) sounds intresting..) I dunno.. I guess mimicing *insert Heartless attack* just sounds awesome and so variable.

I'm looking forward to playing the characters with more.....unique fighting styles, like Demyx, Zexion, and Vexen. I'd really like to play Xigbar, as well. And Axel, because he's, y'know awesome..... I guess I'm really looking forward to playing as everyone from the organization. Does anyone know if Xemnas will be using his George Lucas copyright infringement weapons (read: lightsabers)?
