Strong muscles don't necessarily demand muscle mass. That falls under body-building instead of simple training. Sora for instance is 'skinny', but KH2 Atlantica shows he's actually quite muscular. The two don't have to go hand in hand.

He's muscular, or some might call it built, iono. Fact is - he has shaped muscles without them bulging out.
