It's a poor mock-up at best. The image on the game's cover was taken from the first Secret Ending, and the logo on the front is different than that on the side.

Soooooo fake, no japenese title has been revealed, plus, they said the new game would be revealed at TGS, so yes, this is a complete fake. Nice cover though.
