No, that's the problem. I don't have Com lvl 3, and the game won't allow me to upgrade.

I built a new gummi ship that has all the necessary parts (engine, cockpit, weapons, wings) but it says it's not flyable. I tried upgrading my computer/system with Cid, but he says I can't carry that many gummis. Is this because I got a full gummi set after finding all 99 Dalmations? Because...
