Hello everyone!
For a combination of helping out a friend and for my own archival purposes, I'm trying to document as thoroughly as I can the full list of criteria for all secret endings in the series, along with any circumstances surrounding them (see below for what I mean on this last bit). Unfortunately due to the fact that I've always been a bit of a completionist, I have rarely really needed to know said criteria precisely.
I have had some trouble finding consistent information around the web and my forum-search-fu on KHI here rarely goes over well, so I figured, I may as well ask you fine folks myself! I can continually edit this post with information as I compile it, and may even transfer/link to a google doc or such eventually to save room, we'll see.
As for those "circumstances" mentioned above, I recall hearing that, for example, on the PS3 version of KH:FM, if you meet the criteria for Deep Dive too soon, you will never see Another Side, Another Story, so if you wish to see both, you must hold off a bit, beat the game, and then fulfill remaining tasks, and beat the game again. I heard, albeit vaguely, that this was corrected for the PS4. I also know of course that BbS gets messy in a few ways with its episodes and endings.
So, in all, while I would like to have info for the 2.8 titles as well, I am only posting in the 1.5/2.5 section, so we can stick with those related titles for now. I am specifically looking for the NA versions' criteria if that makes any difference, and so leaves me with the list of titles as follows:
This might be a somewhat large undertaking since the above list does not even include the different difficulties for each title, and so I will thank all in advance for any help that can be lent. Be sure to check the top post here and there, as I will, in free points of my day, update a bit with my own findings and those of any others given below.

I will happily delete some of these from the list once I get confirmation on them definitely having no secret content of note, and may even just outright remove the Re:coded titles on PS3&4 since watching the whole thing hardly counts as a special criterion.
