The old line was the 'Play Arts' line. The 'Play Arts Kai' line is SE's recent, more detailed figure line that they restarted with KH starting with the 3D figures. If you combine the 2 lines it's even more ridiculous.

If we take away the comical aspect of what you said, you have a legitimate point. why not create a Play Arts Kai for Aqua? After all, she is the playable star for 2.8 so it's the perfect promotional tie-in. Maybe they may reveal one during Tokyo Game Show?
