Actually.... the hair isn't on the left side of his face. It could be him. Not saying it is, but it's a small possibility.

You seem like a total n00b writing that. Give a reason to go along with your statement.
Here is a comparing pic, as you can see the hairstyle is the same. The only difference is that it's on the opposite side.

Am I the only one who remembers that Zexion is the ONE Order member in CoM that "supposedly" died, but was never shown too? And that Riku Replica said he absorbed his POWER, not him? Or that Riku Replica did NOT know what happens when a Nobody "dies"? We *may* be able to say the others are destroyed (temporarily, at least, though we don't know if it is permanent: the whole theory behind Kingdom Hearts is that an incomplete can never truly die until they are complete. (the Heartless you "kill" return to their bodies at the end))

Fine. Let's suppose, for a second, that Zexion is, irrevocably dead. That leaves two options:
1) That this person may not necessarily be in the order. How do we know for certain that BHK, Riku, and Mickey are not in the order? All we know about this guy is that he has a cloak. Guess what? We don't know that he couldn't be the EM, and we don't even know if he is a shell or follows twilight (while the Good 3 DO follow twlight, and have every indication that they are shells).
2) That there are going to be only 8 types of Nobody, and that Nomura has created a character that already looks "almost" exactly like an old one. In any character he has designed, has he done this? Even the Cid's looked different!
Nomura has stated over and over that he wants each element of these games to be as original as possible (no two worlds with similar themes, characters different, etc.)
2b) Also, that there could be 5 new members: then we have less than 30 days to meet them all. Very bad marketing move.
SQUARE IS A COMPANY, PEOPLE! IF A CHARACTER LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE, THEY ALMOST CERTAINLY ARE THAT PERSON! This is a game, made to get money. It is not some pseudo-Fruedian deep thought experiment to pick over and analyze. Anything that you can't figure out within 10 or less minutes, it's not there.
