If she took everyones memories they would been like replica riku in COM when namine takes apart his memmories.

Why would he? Why would he tell Sora about everyone he has trained?

Namine could only control Sora's memories and memories about him.
Also Namine didn't exist first time Sora met Phil, so she couldn't have stole his memories anyways

Because Zack isn't important to be mentioned. Namine only affected people's memories of Sora. Why would Hercules mention him? Zack has nothing to do with Hercules becoming a hero.
