^ That's a good idea to separate them that way. My favorite PIXAR character would be Elastigirl. Other favorites would be Edna Mode, Anton Ego, Hank, Barbie, Andy (TS3), Celia (sadly she wasn't in KH's Monstropolis world....), Roz, and Dory. The two protagonists from Luca so far look like they could be some of their best, imo. I haven't seen Onward, Toy Story 4, or Soul yet.
As for Marvel, I'm really going to refer to the film versions only here: Deadpool is my #1 (since the character will be a part of the Marvel universe going forward), T'Challa (loved that character starting with his first appearance in Captain America: Civil War; Boseman and Bruhl had a lot of chemistry as adversaries), Groot, Rocket, Spider-Man (any version, but I think Holland is great as the character even if the films he's been put in aren't...), Okoye, Yondu, Thor, Loki, Helmut Zemo (Daniel Bruhl), Ant-Man. I really, really wanted to like Cate Blanchett's villainess in Ragnarok, since I love Blanchett, but nope. That was very disappointing. If I were to include X-Men characters since they're Marvel comics even though they aren't made by Marvel Studios, Nightcrawler, Mystique, and Storm would be here. I actually never really cared for Xavier and Magneto until McAvoy and Fassbender played them, tbh.
