hmmmm... this is tough.

It's impossble to narrow down the list so I just chose 3 that I'm currently obssesed with. One Piece is one of my absolute favorites <333, I've changed my list, Tsubasa has become a close runner up and Gundam SEED/ Destiny has taken the 3rd place spot.
