i think kh3 should be a third party title because that way for all the die har kh fans they don have to make money to get the more expensive systems so it will all be fair. also about khx i think it might be a real title because there are clues throughout the all the games so far the crossroads in COM were an X and in kh2:fm when roxas got his name ansem (riku) made and x fo roXas also in the kh2 secret ending the keyblades were formed so that the opening land without keyblades on it would resemble an X there you go

If it was a third party game, it all be Axel and Roxas making out in it. So yeah.. not a good idea. More fangirls than there are fanboys.

But I digress. Basically, it won't happen, cause Squeenix ain't a big fan of licensing out its blockbuster titles. Bad things happen (*cough*TombRaiderAngelOfDarkness*cough*) to companies (*cough*DevilMayCry2*cough*) that try to put new people in charge of established franchises.

Wait... what do you mean third-party. It already is isn't it? Sony definitely ain't making it, Square Enix is. I'm pretty sure they are considered 3rd party. Unless you want yet another company to work on the project.
