Ok. I know that there will be someone who will flame me for this, but I just need to get this off my chest. Here is my theory:
BHK is a Dusk/ Nobody form of Sora that was created when Sora gave up his heart in order to save Kairi and became. He was cast off to Twilight Town. In Hollow Bastion, when Kairi realizes that the Shadow that was following them was in fact Sora, Sora became himself again. Now that Sora is himself, the Dusk should most likely disappear, right? Instead of doing that, he became BHK. I have 2 theories on how this happened. He either 1) had some rare reaction to the Shadow becoming Sora again and instead off dying off, he mysteriously stayed alive. Then the Keyblade, sensing danger that Sora could not face alone, searched for someone equally strong and made him BHK. That or his three friends, before becoming his friends, were walking by him, he noticed them and attacked them, in the same period of time that Sora was a Heartless. Those 3 kids somehow reacted to him, possibly each of them had a spare 1/3 of a heart (don't ask me how) and those 3 pieces formed a heart which went into the Dusk, who then became BHK, at the same time that Sora reacted to Kairi, so that when they both became whole again, at the exact same time, no one died/ disappeared. After the 3 kids realized that they were the reaction to his completion, excepted him as family along w/ their destiny.
Reasons I believe this to be true:
Nomura-san had said that Sora's clothes would be important to the story. Sora wears Black, the color of the heartless. BHK wears mostly white, color of the Dusk. The zipper on his shirt has the Dusk Insignia on the end of it. Sora is to the heartless as BHK is to the Dusk.
Namine says that he should not exist
DiZ says that "that Nobody was born in a special way"
The phrase "You look like him" is used a lot and the fact that they look very similar.
The fact that BHK and Sora both use Keyblades
Those all seem to refer to BHK's existance and his connection to Sora.

I would like to thank coolazice ( I think that's his name) for posting his theory about BHK and his 3 friends, because that thread helped me find a missing link in my theory- You need to have a heart in order to weild a Keyblade.
