New character needing tested. Well, kind of new. :3

-BASIC-
Name: Year
Title: Abomination
Age: ∞
Species: Reaper
Gender: A/A
Birth Place: N/A

-PERSONALITY-
N/A

-APPEARANCE-
N/A

-BIO-
N/A

-ABILITIES AND WEAPONS-

Reaper- With being a reaper, many abilities come. They are that:

They have no soul, and no mind. They just exist.

Since they were born in the planes, they may move through them freely.

Speed- His speed is unlike no other. He is fast to the point time and gravity do not have a hold of him. He is faster than sound. Faster than light. Faster than thought.

Power - He has an unlimited amount of energy, as part of his body is pure energy.

Soul Cutter- A sword with abilities beyond comprehension. It's shaped like an Arabian sword, long and thick, save for the ring of gold attached near the bottom of the blade. This sword does not harm a person, but their soul. It can cut a mortal soul clean in half. Against manifests, it will fuse the manifest back with it's original element or material. Against Gods, it acts as a normal sword would against mortals.

Planet Control - He can create miniature planets, with their own gravitational field. Each would be around the size of Earth's moon. As well as this, most planets, he has the inherent ability to alter it's core. This could mean increasing the weight of the planet itself to throw it off balance, causing either extreme cold, or lowering the mass to allow it to fall into a sun, or just plain exploding the core.

Ghosting - He has the ability that if he is touching something, he can change what it is. As in changing grass blades into millions of razors, or a space ship into water. While 'ghosting', he has no physical form.

Anti-Life - Anti-life is almost like chaos. It kills anything. Disintegrates matter and soul, and mind. Year can shoot beams of anti-life anywhere from his body. It stretches not only on the physical planes, but across others as well.

I'mma challenge you with Jarondo, since this offers the opportunity for me to amp up his powers, and he's the only one of my characters, except maybe Seraph/Mavross, who'd be up to Year.

And I wanna have a good fight with you anyway.

OOC- Oh. Him. Forgot. Lemmee do a real quick explanation of what my reaper is and how they work so there isn't any confusion.

YEARS ago, I made these things. A reaper is not like a shinigami, or death god. They are a natural occurrence in the omniverse. When population expands to a certain point, the reapers are released to deal with that. They don't "exist" but they do. Their basic structure, as in what THEY can do, or stuff directly about a single one, not even Ankuko can change, simply because they are a part of the omniverse itself.

IC- "M-mommy?" The little boy asked, his eyes welling up with tears. Through the fabric, he could see his mother laying on the floor. They were in a tiny little village, far from earth, similar to African tribes in size. They were completely peaceful, and all were pacifists. To further their shelteredness, they carved their city out from the ground itself, the village being in a hole covered on all sides by mountains. Their history and legends were brief, but nothing could compare them to what had come. It seemed like even the sky had turned to flame. The dry ground beneath them cracked, and opened them up, the earth swallowing whole it's people. His mother had rushed him inside their home, the one safe place he knew. As she stepped in, she was immediately yanked out. The boy could hear a loud snapping sound. He watched as this monster... He couldn't do anything to stop it. Then the unforgivable happened.

As the boy's tears were flowing, as his mother yelled for him to look away, a large fist was brought down upon her head. Like a balloon filled with water, it seemed like her skin popped open, as blood, bits of skull, and brain matter splashed everywhere. The boy was covered in it. The monster didn't even stop what it was doing. The boy steppd out of the tent, screaming, but froze once he saw it.

It's skin wasn't the color of skin. It was muddy, and moving on it's own. It's face could hardly be called that. It had no discernible features, aside from what looked like pieces of tubing in it's head. It's arms, and body were terribly disproportionate to it's normal sized head. He was like a towering skyscraper compared to even the tall men of the village. At the end of it's arms were it's large hands, and what looked like a sword coming from the wrist. It wore no clothes that much was obvious, doubtful anything would fit the monster.

Frozen with fear, the boy did nothing but let his jaw drop. The monster picked up the shell of flesh that was once his mother and tossed it to the side like a child done with his toy. He picked the kid by his hair. Almost immediately, the hair ripped from his scalp, leaving the monster with a screaming child with a bald spot. He then picked the kid up once more, this time by his neck. The boy was gasping for air. He was praying to his gods for help. Then the monster brought the kid closer. A demented voice, sounding like someone drowning underwater, came from somewhere deep within. "Pray to me."

Without any effort at all, he lifted the child high into the air. He threw him like a skilled football player at the nearby wall of rock. The kid probably died on impact. He sure did leave a mark on the wall. After that, the abomination ran. Well, that's what he did, but no one could tell. He was already in front of the kid. He punched him further into the wall, further turning him into little more than a splatter. It didn't stop either. It wouldn't. It couldn't.

((Like human pest control. I gotcha.))

"Intriguing and rather pointless..." The man said as he squatted on the ground. He had a knuckle in his mouth, and chewed on it as he watched the unfolding chaos. The hewn village was falling to pieces, seemingly from the efforts of the Earth itself. The air was hot and almost unbearable, and higher up in the atmosphere, Jarondo was sure he could feel the starting of a massive aerial inferno. The villagers, already panic-stricken, were soon set upon by a towering figure of black who stood above them all, and moved with unbelievable speed and strength; He was certainly not human. It might have even enjoyed tormenting the remaining villagers, that was the only explanation Jarondo could conjure for all the extra effort it seemed to put into harassing them, crushing the head of a mother, and then taking her witness son and throwing him straight into a wall, to be struck dead not by the final velocity of his body, but the force of the impact, dictated by the contact time and contact speed. Needless to say, he was quickly, if not instantly dead. Having finished the job, the blackened figure loped rapidly over to the body, and began pounding it into a successively mushier state.

It was in one of those lucky moments of Jarondo's, where his weird and warped flow of time worked to his advantage, that he traversed his position on the hill to just behind the figure, seemingly instantly. But those occurrences were exceedingly rare, and it was certainly the only time it would happen today. The figure's movements changed as it undoubtedly noticed him, but paid him the bare minimum of attention. Jarondo made himself more known, adjusted his glasses, and then spoke: "Enjoying yourself at all?"

Sorry for interrupting, but I just want to point out that Ashes Remnant's character seems to be invulnerable in every way. A beam that can shoot out of any part of his body that will destroy whatever it touches? The ability to touch something and change it to whatever he pleases? YEah, uh, I think calling god modding here is a good idea.

Jarondo's also capable to doing similar things. If I didn't think Jarondo didn't stand a chance against Year, I would have used a more powerful character, one with different powers, or not fought him at all.

The monster continued it's rampage, the only sound reverberating from the area was that of the remnants of a child being pummeled. Then something broke the silence, the eerie peacefulness of it all. A voice. A single voice, speaking to the being. It couldn't understand the language it spoke, but it made no difference. It was meat. Alive. Flesh and blood. That meant a fight.

Year took a single step forward, and disappeared. Using the abilities of the fallen reaper, January, he took off running. The distance between the abomination and the newly arrived man was accomplished within a heartbeat. Year towered over Jarondo, a scene almost like that of David and Goliath. Year's fist had been brought back. Year, using the speed with which he used to get closer, sent a punch flying at the man. The force could knock down buildings, and the speed could rival bullets. This man would be decimated. Year didn't care about anything else.

A thought flashed through Jarondo's mind as the towering figure dashed towards him, possibly even teleporting, it covered the distance that fast. Eager, are we? Jarondo had certainly got it's attention, and he looked up as it stood huge above him. In the blink of an eye, it had brought back it's arm, more than likely for a punch, something Jarondo was not yet willing to receive. He wanted to know about a being with such possibly massive power, but it was a good opportunity to test what it was made of. A blink of an eye, by normal human standards, is a ridiculously short amount of time, but in that space, a lot can happen. Cities can fall, billions can die, planets collapse into nothing. Only some of the things Jarondo had been able to witness in immense detail despite the time they happened in. While his ability to warp time rarely arose, Jarondo's mind still worked at a blinding pace, and his body with similar speed.

At the same time Year had lifted its arm back, Jarondo began his own motions with one of his arms. It darted across his body, and with a flat palm facing forward, he traced a circle in the air, as Year's fist came rushing towards it. Let's see what you're made of, Jarondo thought. The shape traced in the air was an arbitrary manipulation field, that would alter the properties of anything that passed through it. In this instance, it would reverse the charge on any and all protons that passed through it, ripping atoms to shreds. Year's fist came rushing straight through the field, unaffected. Shit, Jarondo frowned, That rules out atoms and puts me in a very dangerous position. Jarondo's arm was still in the process of moving away from preparing the field, between Year's fist and his own body. A broken arm was far more preferable and easy to heal than obliterated internal organs.

Another thought, a command, flashed through Year's mind to his arm, as the bonds between atoms and cells were amplified and intertwined a hundredfold. Hopefully it would be enough. Year's fist struck the limb with brutal force that Jarondo could measure with immaculate intricacy despite the immediate pain he felt. His arm locked at the shoulder, and his body began to pivot from where Year had struck him. Eventually, he was sent flying up and away through the air, back towards the peaks surrounding the crumbling village. As the wind rushed past Jarondo, he cut off all feeling in his shattered arm by eliminating the strength of the electrical impulses it sent to his brain. He corrected his path through the air, so that it was as though he was standing with Year directly in line with his body. Or at least, where Year had been.

Jarondo could no longer see him.

In another blink of an eye, Jarondo slowed his path through the air and then stopped, eliminating all his kinetic energy. With his unharmed right arm, he pulled out a small butterfly knife from his back pocket and flicked the blade out. It wasn't much, but Jarondo knew well how to make it count.
