Well Riku was pretending to be in it but he was not really in any of their plans. So he was not part of it. Riku is not a nobody. I don't see how any one would expect Mickey to be apart of it for various reasons. But they were undercover.

well it was called the org before roxas oined i guess when they gain or lose members they muck around with diff names
