No problem, here let me explain, At the end of all worlds, you have a re-vist section where you can re-visit all the worlds for a last time, Xehanort's lab thing there was there on behalf of Hollow Bation.

Yep that's exactly what I mean. Cause we all know Xehanort's lab was in HB, we didn't revist HB that we knew of but judging by the floor and wall paterns you could honestly say it was really returning to the scene of the crime! XD
